Nana’s Story
Nana is a family bakery, honouring a long family baking tradition. We focus on being sustainable and socially responsible, placing health benefits and craftsmanship at the centre of everything we make.
We source locally whenever possible, using natural ingredients and seasonal produce. From flour to finish, each loaf is slow-fermented for better flavour and digestibility, and every product is prepared with the same care.
We bake fresh and deliver weekly from Polis through to Limassol.
We started our bakery with a simple idea: good bread should be made with care, time, and respect for ingredients. What began as small-batch baking for friends and family grew into a community bakehouse after discovering the natural health benefits of sourdough. Bread is at the heart of what we do. We also create vegan spreads, weekly specials like babka cakes, and other seasonal bakes, all made the traditional way, without shortcuts, and crafted fresh each day.
Our Promise
We bake with intention, creating food that is both nourishing and a pleasure to eat. Respecting the natural process of sourdough and traditional baking, we allow time for full flavour, better digestibility, and craft vegan spreads with the same care using fresh, plant-based ingredients.
